If you are attempting to load data into the system and it is getting stuck with the status ‘Import in progress’. This is often caused by inconsistencies between the Input file and the template.
Before contacting Support, please contact your accounts provider to check for any changed to your data file.
If there have been no changes and you would like support to assist our engineers will either require remote access to your system or a copy of the data file and template in use.
To extract your template please follow the steps below.
- Login as an Administrator on the client site or under an account which has administration privileges.
- Click on 'Administration'
- Then 'Bacs'
- Select the application you wish to amend
- Select the 'File' Tab
- Copy the 'Template' field and paste into a notepad document
